2. Legal basis
This notice is provided pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and describes which data is collected through the website, for which purposes it is processed, to whom it may be disclosed and how users can exercise their rights.
3. Data collected
- Identification and contact data voluntarily submitted through the contact form: name, company (if applicable), email address, phone number and message content.
- Technical browsing data, such as IP address, browser type, device used and date/time of the request, automatically collected by the server and by security services (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile).
The website does not collect special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR).
4. Purposes and legal basis of processing
- Handling contact requests (information, private, shop or distributor requests): legal basis Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
- Website security and spam/abuse prevention via Cloudflare Turnstile: legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in service security).
- Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. administrative, accounting, tax): legal basis Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
5. Third-party services
Cloudflare Turnstile
Used to protect the contact form from spam and automated abuse. This service may set a technical cookie required for it to function and may process technical data such as IP address and browser information. See our Cookie Policy and the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Google Fonts
The "Adamina" and "Maven Pro" typefaces used by the website are self-hosted on our own servers and are no longer downloaded from Google's servers. No personal data (including IP address) is transmitted to Google for displaying these fonts.
Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)
Only after consenting to the "marketing" category via the cookie banner, the website may activate the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This tool may set profiling cookies and process technical and behavioural data. See Meta's privacy policy.
6. Data disclosure
Data may be shared with technical providers strictly necessary to operate the website and handle requests (e.g. hosting, security services, administrative and tax consultants), acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. Personal data is never sold to third parties.
7. International data transfers
Some technical providers used (e.g. Cloudflare, Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
8. Data retention
Data collected through the contact form is kept for the time necessary to handle the request and, afterwards, for the period required by applicable legal, administrative, accounting or tax obligations.
9. Your rights
Under Articles 15-22 GDPR, users may at any time request access to their personal data, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data portability. Requests can be sent to info@ilregnodilu.com.
Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) if they believe processing violates applicable law.
